Welcome to Christ’s Church Academy’s Online Application

Thank you for your interest in CCA for your family. We are delighted to guide you through our streamlined online application process. This system allows you to monitor the progress of your child’s application with ease.

To Begin the Application Process:

1. Create an Account: Start by creating an account on our online application portal. Create an Account You will receive an email with a verification link upon account creation. Verify your email address through this link.
2. Submit an Application: After verification, log in to your account to create a new student application for your child. You may log in and out of your account as needed to complete and track your application. Please pay close attention that you are filling out the correct application for your student’s grade level. If you do not see that grade level listed, please contact pclark@ccajax.org.

Age Requirements:

• Preschool: Applicants must be at least 2 years old by September 1 of the year for which they are applying.
• Kindergarten: Applicants must be at least 5 years old by September 1 of the year for which they are applying.

Application Fee:

A non-refundable fee of $100 is required for Preschool applicants.

A non-refundable fee of $170 is required for K-12th grade applicants. This fee includes testing conducted on our campus.

Tracking Your Application:

Once your application is submitted, you can track its status and access any additional necessary forms by logging into your account. You will also have the ability to print the completed application and monitor the receipt of any supplemental documents.
